Teshia Salters, MBA

Founder

Teshia Salters is a seasoned accounting professional with over 25 years of experience and currently serves as an Accountant for The USC School of Medicine, located within The Veterans Administration. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration and brings knowledge in budget preparation and oversight. In addition to her professional career, Teshia has a long-standing interest in real estate, inspired by her father. Over the years, she has successfully managed multiple rental properties and remains passionate about creating affordable, supportive living and housing opportunities.

A proud native of Columbia, South Carolina, Teshia has long been dedicated to serving her community. Her civic engagement began with voter registration drives and educational outreach in local barbershops, churches, schools, and at community events. As she recognized the prevalence of misinformation, especially among individuals with criminal records, her efforts evolved to focus on restoring voting rights and providing education through outreach in correctional facilities and probation offices. This advocacy naturally expanded to include support with job placement, expungement and pardon processes, and connecting individuals to resources for emotional, mental, and physical healing.

Her commitment to equity and economic justice led her to partner with a local nonprofit organization, where she played a key role in initiatives that advanced policy reforms—most notably the “Ban the Box” campaign, now adopted in several South Carolina municipalities. In her role as Community Outreach Organizer, Teshia helped sponsor job fairs, partnered with the S.C. Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services to host free expungement workshops, and supported certification programs (including forklift training) to help individuals with criminal records gain employment.

Her vision for the future includes continuing her work in community advocacy and expanding efforts to provide safe, affordable housing, combining her passions to build stronger, more inclusive communities.

Sinclair Salters, Minister

Advisory Board

Founder of 4Runners4Christ, Min Salters is deeply moved by the challenges impacting our communities. Instability and dysfunction have become widespread in today’s culture, and the African American community has been disproportionately affected. Without a consistent mobilizing and engaging presence, destructive cycles continue to damage families and hinder restoration.

Our mission is to break these cycles by maintaining a constant, Christ-centered presence in the neighborhoods most affected. We seek to see thriving, sustainable, and reproducing Christ-centered communities in the inner city—communities that equip believers to live victorious lives and to reach urban families for Christ, both locally and globally.

His ministry Includes:

  • Weekly Bible studies and small group gatherings
  • Men’s forums that foster growth and accountability
  • Monthly prayer initiatives
  • Community outreach programs
  • Annual partnership with CIU for an inner-city basketball camp
  • In-school mentoring through Daybreak Ministries
  • One-on-one discipleship and spiritual mentoring

The Name: 4Runners4Christ

At age 16, Sinclair began developing his musical gift through Christian rap. His mentors gave him the name 4Runner as his stage name, not knowing it would later hold a deeper prophetic meaning. As he matured in his faith and calling, Sinclair came to understand this name as a divine assignment—to be a carrier of God’s Word.

The name originates from John the Baptist, who was the forerunner preparing the way for the coming of Christ (see Mark 1:3, Matthew 3:1-3, Isaiah 40:3). Today, the body of Christ is called to be forerunners for the second coming of the Lord.

Our Declaration
May we awaken to the 4Runner spirit upon us, faithfully preparing the way for the return of our Lord Jesus Christ.
